Does the Digiloom App works on all smart devices? iOs, Android & Amazon tablets & phones?
Yes, on most devices with Bluetooth Smart Technology (BLE). Please see wowwee.com/devices for more information about device compatibility.
The Digiloom App & Machine won’t connect. The little heart at the top of the screen in the App is red. What do I do?

The Digiloom App keeps crashing. What do I do?
1. Make sure you are using a device running iOS 10.0 or later or Android KitKat 4.4.4 or later.
2. Make sure your device is Bluetooth Smart compatible (BLE).
3. Make sure to update the Machine firmware. To do this, go to the settings option in the App and click “Update Firmware”.
How do I unlock the extra patterns that come with my Digiloom STARTER KIT or THEME KIT?
To unlock extra patterns, look for your special code on your Quick Start Guide/Instructions. You can also watch our “Getting Started” video in the Help (?) menu of the Digiloom App for information on how to enter your code.
I lost my code, what do I do?

I have downloaded the Digiloom App on the App Store/Google Play. Now do I need the Digiloom Machine to make bracelets, and if so, where can I purchase one?
You can make virtual bracelets and save them but you will need a Digiloom Machine to weave them in real life! Digiloom is currently available exclusively at Michaels stores in USA/Canada. See our website wowwee.com/digiloom for more info.
How many batteries does my Digiloom Machine need and how long do they last?
The Digiloom machine requires 4X AA Alkaline batteries to run. Your Digiloom will shut down automatically after 3 min of inactivity. The batteries can last long enough for you to make up to 100 Digibands (or approx. 60 hours).
How do I set up my Digiband in the Digiloom Machine?
Watch our “Setting up your Digiband”in the Help (?) menu of the Digiloom App for more details on how to make your first Digiband. Also make sure to install your Digiband clip side first so your design doesn’t get cut off when you wear it.
The lights on my Digiloom are flashing. What do the different light colors mean?

Can I save pattern and make my Digiband later?
Yes, you can create and save your patterns in My Creations.
My weaving keeps getting knotted, what am I doing wrong? I notice all the bands in videos and packaging look really neat and tidy, why aren't mine like that?
Weaving takes practice, don’t give up! Take the time to tighten and align your thread properly. Watch our “Best Results” and “Do’s and Don’ts” videos available in the Help (?) menu of the Digiloom App.
If I make a mistake, can I undo my last step?
Yes, you can simply put the shuttle through in reverse, and then press the Previous/Back button.
