• I cannot access Google Play on my device, how can I download the application?
  Try downloading the application on the Amazon AppStore or other free app stores
• My MiPosaur disconnects often or is much slower than usual.
  This is most likely caused by interference. Ensure that there are no other Bluetooth devices connected (especially audio devices), as these can cause interference which can cause issues. If your still having problems try turning Wifi off to reduce interference.
• My MiPosaur doesn't balance properly and keeps falling down.
  Most likely the batteries are low or flat, try replacing the batteries in either the MiPosaur
• My MiPosaur turns on, makes a noise then switches off.
  Most likely the batteries are low or flat, try replacing the batteries in either the MiPosaur or the ball.
• My MiPosaur will falsely detects gestures or cannot track the ball properly.
  Make sure that MiPosaur is not being played with in strong sunlight or with other sources of Infrared radiation, these may cause issues with the sensors.
• My MiPosaur won’t show up in the app when I try to connect.
  Make sure your MiPosaur has fresh batteries and is turned on, then close the app and switch Bluetooth on/off in your device settings. If your still having problems, try restarting your device completely.
• When I try to download the MiPosaur application onto my Android phone, it says it's incompatible with my device.
  MiPosaur only works with devices which are Bluetooth Smart Ready and running compatible operating systems. Please ensure that your device is smart ready and has a front or back camera. If your still in doubt, check the compatibility list located on our website COMING SOON.
